Do you have a staff member who has taken on the marketing role in your business? or are they new to marketing and need some training and guidance?
Our mentoring service was created with your team in mind. The programme is designed to support your team member by building their confidence and grow their skills.
With this mentoring programme your staff member will be taught how to plan marketing activities, assess advertising opportunities, get practical training and have guidance on how to make things happen. And a big bonus – they will have someone you can call when they have a question.
Resulting in consistent promotional activity and smart allocation of marketing funds.
How it works
We’ll meet once a month for 1.5 hours to discuss your marketing, answer questions and provide required tutorial on digital tools or processes.
Examples of what we may cover in a session:
Review a marketing plan or other piece of work, and provide feedback
Tutorial on how to use a marketing tools such as Canva or Mailchimp.
Social media support – content planning, creation and management
Creating an e-newsletter
Discuss ideas or marketing opportunities
Content writing coaching
Current trends and digital marketing updates
This is just a few ways you can use the time. The mentoring session is focused on what you need help with and supports accountability, motivation and focus.

Months fly by really fast and before we know it, it’s Christmas again. So, by meeting monthly we can ensure your team member stays on track and focused.
Your investment in your team member
Mentoring package
$500+gst per month (minimum subscription time is three months).
You will get
A monthly 1:1 mentoring session (1.5 hours in-person or via Zoom)
Q&A support during the month via email or phone
Regular newsletters with tips and helpful resources
A mentor with over 18 year’s experience in marketing
Terms and conditions.
Minimum booking for a three-month period. Any missed sessions will be rebooked for another time that suits your team member and mentor. Q&A time included in the package is 1 hour and additional time over this will be charged at our hourly rate of $150+gst. Invoicing is done at the end of each month, payable in seven days.
